Our hat store offers free shipping on all orders over $150. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition. After 14 days, all sales are final. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not offer exchanges on any items. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for in stock items to be processed - this does not include shipping time. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and return policy, please contact us.
